Engineer A Better Society

Our Graduate Programme and Academy

Our graduate programme will build on the knowledge you have gained to date and enhance it with new skills and experiences. Using our ETHICS as the framework, you will gain a better understanding of how we can impact the built environment and learn engineering through a holistic lens. It is about reimagining engineering entrepreneurship.

Through our supportive and collaborative in-house Academy and innovative workspace, The Society Building, there are huge opportunities across a wide range of projects, many of which are high-profile.

Next steps

• It’s essential you have strong results in a relevant degree (2.1 or above) or equivalent from a leading university or educational institution.
  
• You must currently be a resident in the UK or have a visa that allows you to work in the UK full-time.
